If a cooperative ranks first in the weekly activity ranking three times, a permanent "Blue Check" award is given to that cooperative. (it doesn't matter if it's first consecutively, the condition is to be first 3 times). Activity awards are distributed automatically every Tuesday at 20:00 TSI
