When the maintenance fee payment day arrives, the amount shown in the list is the expense that needs to be paid for that period. When the fee is paid, the coin expense drops to 0; because coin expenses accumulate based on office visits made during the relevant period and are reset after payment.
However, monetary maintenance expenses work differently. The monetary expense is calculated based on the cooperative's current power, and the amount that appears in the list after payment is made does not represent the paid old expense, but rather the monetary expense to be paid on the next payment day.
For this reason, it is normal for the coin expense to show 0 after payment, but for the monetary expense to appear again. This situation does not mean that the same expense is being requested again. The monetary expense shown in the list is the amount calculated for the next maintenance period based on the cooperative's current power.
Monetary maintenance expenses can only increase depending on changes in the value of member companies in the cooperative. Coin expenses, on the other hand, start to accumulate again as offices are visited.
