In Ticarium, the global chat and private messaging system is managed within certain rules to ensure that all players have a safe and enjoyable gaming experience. All players are expected to treat each other with respect and comply with community guidelines.
Click on the message of a player you believe is violating community rules and you can easily report them using the Report button.
After you submit your report;
It is reviewed by the moderation team.
Chat logs and relevant evidence are evaluated in detail.
If a rule violation is detected, appropriate action is taken.
Every report is carefully reviewed, and action is taken only for verified violations.
Players who violate community rules may be subject to temporary removal from chat (mute) penalties depending on the type and severity of the violation.
While shorter-term sanctions are applied for first violations, if the same or similar rules are violated again, mute durations increase progressively (exponentially). This aims to prevent repeated rule violations.
For example;
Short-term mute on first violation,
Longer-term mute on repeated violations,
For continuous or severe rule violations, much longer-term or permanent sanctions may be applied.
There is no fixed penalty table for mute durations.
The penalty to be given may vary according to the following criteria:
The type of rule violation processed,
The severity of the violation,
The player's previous violation history,
Whether the same behavior was repeated,
The moderation team's review result.
For this reason, the same penalty may not be applied for the same duration to every player.
You can add players you don't want to be bothered by to your personal block list using the Block feature.
Blocked players:
Cannot send you direct messages.
Cannot send friend requests.
Cannot communicate directly with you.
Blocking only affects your account and can be removed at any time.
