Yes. Players who commit serious rule violations in Ticarium may be subject to Device Ban in addition to account sanctions.
A device ban means blocking access to the game not only for the relevant account, but also for the device on which the violation occurred. This is intended to prevent rules from being violated again by creating a new account on the same device.
Device ban can be applied especially in serious rule violations such as:
Use of cheats, bots, macros, or automated software,
Account selling or trading,
Attempts to abuse game systems,
Malicious exploitation of security vulnerabilities,
Repeated or severe community rule violations,
Transactions aimed at manipulating the game economy.
Each case is evaluated individually by the moderation team.
When a device ban is applied, not only the relevant account, but also the banned device's access to the game can be blocked. In this case, it may not be possible to log in from the same device with a different account or create a new account.
Device ban can be applied as temporary or permanent depending on the type and severity of the violation. Permanent device bans may be applied for serious or intentional rule violations.
Important: Ticarium may apply device bans in addition to account sanctions against serious rule violations in order to maintain a fair and secure gaming environment. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that you comply with the game rules and avoid behaviors that would provide unfair advantages.
