If you haven't linked your account to apps, the recovery process is very difficult.
If you lost it even though you linked your account, contact us through in-game support. Sharing your company title, your Account ID, a few details about your account, and, if you made any, documents for your in-game purchases will make the process easier. We’ll get back to you.
If you can’t access the app you linked your account to, you need to contact that platform’s support team.
If you can’t access the only app you linked your account to, linking your other accounts will help you protect your account and increase your account security. If you’re doing this after changing devices, you can deactivate your old devices by using the Settings -> Account Center section and the "Log Out From All Other Devices" button on your new device.
