Before accepting a government contract, it is recommended that you make sure you can complete the delivery within the specified timeframe. If you fail to complete the contract on time, you may face penalties. If you have won the contract and your last sent vehicles have not yet reached their destination, do not worry. Even if the deadline passes, vehicles on the way are considered successful and delivery is completed.
Before taking a contract, evaluate the following points:
Check the remaining time of the contract.
Check whether the required products are ready in your warehouse.
Make sure your drivers, vehicles, and trailers are ready for transport.
Assess that you have the logistics capacity to complete the delivery within the specified timeframe.
It would be safer to first bring your fleet and production processes to a level that can meet the requirements of the relevant contract. After completing your preparations, you can accept the contract and start the transportation operations.
If you've caught a high-income contract but with little time remaining, you can use the contract Duration Extension Card to extend the current contract duration by 25%.
This way you can gain extra time for delivery and increase your chances of completing the contract.
If needed, the Contract Duration Extension Card can be used multiple times. Each use extends the current contract duration again by 25%, so you can increase the duration as much as necessary.
Important: Before accepting a contract, make sure you can complete the delivery within the specified timeframe. Only accept contracts with short durations if you have sufficient preparation. When necessary, you can use the Contract Duration Extension Card to extend the duration multiple times and secure high-income contracts.
