When your bar balance goes negative, your account is temporarily restricted and your access to the game is locked. To be able to continue playing the game again, you need to buy a bar package to bring your balance back into positive.
You can’t play the game until your balance is positive again.
Also, additional penalties may be applied for players who make multiple refund requests.
