The level of your R&D center determines the maximum quality you can see in the logistics warehouse or upgrade the product in R&D:
When no R&D Center is established: You can see and upgrade maximum 10% quality products.
Level 1 R&D Center: You can see and upgrade products with a maximum quality of 50%.
Level 2 R&D Center: You can see and develop maximum 80% quality products.
Level 3 R&D Center: You can see and develop maximum 100% quality products.
